We can not be beaten on price or service.
But don’t just take our word for it……
Love this little shop .. The best prices & the best service I have experienced in years! Julie & Lisa are amazing, nothing is too much trouble.. highly recommend.
The perfect Little Big shop!
What a lovely place, no bull just good honest customer service.
Excellent service. The staff go out of their way to help with all aspects relating to specs. They sell lovely bags and jewellery too!! (dangerous!) Communication excellent. Great price. Advice given on which frames suit you and there are many to chose from. Will recommend to anyone who needs to wear specs.
They make buying specs enjoyable. Fabulous service, great range of specs, they’ve even found me some I can’t break.!
Can’t recommend them enough, you get fantastic products without being ripped off.
Fantastic service, first place to supply me with glasses that fit correctly and look great. Will not go elsewhere.
Couldn’t find any frames, after having issues with a Nationwide optician shop in town. Recommended by a friend. Great selection. More specifically for petite frames that I need. Great advice from the staff. Reasonable. Super quick delivery. Highly recommend.
I went to VIP looking for a pair of red frames. I have never seen so many in one place. I had the choice of about 20 in red. The staff were very helpful but not pushy. I always hate shopping for new glasses but the girls at VIP made my experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I took my time and had a coffee and felt very well looked after. I chose a lovely pair and with the lenses they came out to half the price I had been quoted at my local opticians. I ended up with 2 pairs (one for reading too) . They were ready in 5 days. I would recommend to anyone. Lovely place, great service and choice and fantastic prices.
VIP Eye Wear is a surprising little tardis jam packed full of designer specs. I got the perfect pair ordered in a specific colour really quickly. Customer Care is brilliant too!
Mr & Mrs Pratt:
Our VIP experiences have been excellent. Both Julie and Lisa gave Tony helpful advice; good service and encouraged him to try frames he would not have usually brought. He is very very pleased with them. As we have come to expect Julie always makes you feel welcome and is keen to make sure you experience the best of service. We always have a laugh and there is so much more than just eye wear. We would thoroughly recommend VIP to our friends and family. Please go and visit them before you go anywhere else, you won’t regret it. Jean and Tony Pratt

The girls at VIP Eyewear were fantastic; Karen promptly took my order, kept me updated and ensured my perscription sunglasses reached me asap, as I live a distance from the shop. Am happy with my glasses and the wonderful friendly service and would happily go back again and recomend friends to VIP Eyewear.
Let’s be clear here, the experience isn’t just VIP, it’s that and the two lovely ladies who pull VIP together. You just feel at ease there. It’s only a small shop, and that is one of it’s endearing qualities. If you go into some of the larger stores, you are met with a bewildering array of frames and can quickly lose where you were with the ones you have tried and liked. And in those stores, the staff will tell you that you look great in every frame you try on. At VIP, if these ladies don’t think they suit you, they will be honest and quickly find you some that do. Uncannily, they seem to get it right pretty much first time. VIP seem to have taken all the best frame designs, discarded the dross and filled that little shop like an Aladdin’s cave. They Royally looked after me and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
I had no idea on the style, shape or type of glasses that would suit me (or that I liked). I had no enthusiasm in having to choose and buy a pair of glasses. How wrong I was, within minutes of trying on different styles and colours Lisa had coaxed out of me exactly what I wanted and felt comfortable in. I love both pairs and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs glasses.
